Clonal expression of LTV1^GD9938 in the fat body via Scer\GAL4^{Scer\FRT.Rnor\CD2.Act5C} flip-out technique results in decreased cell size (up to 90%) and nucleus size, and a lack of endoreplication.

Clonal expression of LTV1^GD9938 in wing discs via Scer\GAL4^{Scer\FRT.Rnor\CD2.Act5C} flip-out technique results in decreased clone size and increased cell death compared to controls.
