Expression of U2af50^GD13809 under the control of Scer\GAL4^Bx-MS1096 results in wing blisters accommpanied by 'stump' wings.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in loss of neuroblasts in the larval brain associated with increased size of the remaining neuroblasts.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in shorter neuroblast lineages (less daughter cells per neuroblast) in the larval brain compared to controls.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in mild defects in the shape of neuroblasts in the larval brain.
