The expression of Rab8T22N.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4GR1 leads to the deposition of basement membrane components on both basal and apical extracellular sides of the follicle cell, as compared to only on the basal side in controls.

The kinetics of maturation of phagosomes containing pHrodo-conjugated S. aureus by adult hemocytes expressing Rab8T22N.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Hml.Δ are not significantly different from those seen in control hemocytes.
