leg | proximal, with Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1
Expression of salmB1164 under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 results in an outgrowth on the sternopleura of the fly. This outgrowth looks morphologically like notum tissue. The flies also have wing and leg defects.
Mesothoracic leg discs expressing salmB1164 under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 show extra growth in dorsal cells.
