The expression of RphJF01970 under the control of Scer\GAL4Hand-MI04106-TG4.0 or Scer\GAL4tin.cBa induces alterations in the adult heart structure, namely abnormalities in the disposition of circumferential myofibrils. The Scer\GAL4Hand-MI04106-TG4.0-driven expression also leads to heart physiology defect, namely increased heart period, diastolic interval, diastolic diameter and systolic diameter; functional nephrocytes are decreased in number. Scer\GAL4tin.cBa-driven expression leads to heart physiology defect, namely increased diastolic and systolic diameter, and decreased systolic interval. Scer\GAL4sns.PU-driven expression leads to heart physiology defect, namely increased diastolic diameter.
