        ScerGAL4GSG6098 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily in neurons and glial cells. Moderate expression is observed in the ventral nerve cord in 5-8 lateral cells/hemisegment; these cells project to the midline at a location between the DM and VM fascicles, and to and along the VM fascicle. There is strong expression in the larval mushroom bodies, in 1-2 additional cells/brain hemisphere, and in large dorsal lobe-like structures that might be glial. Moderate expression is observed in a few ventral brain cells. There is minimal uninduced expression in occasional CNS cells at the midline.
