microtubule & oocyte, with Scer\GAL4VP16.mat.αTub67C
The oocyte nucleus is mislocalised to the posterior of the oocyte in egg chambers of females expressing l(2)gl3A.Scer\UAS.P\T under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16.
Females expressing l(2)gl3A.Scer\UAS.P\T under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 have a high density of microtubules around the cortex or in the central or lateral part of the oocyte. The oocyte nucleus is mislocalised in some of these egg chambers.
Scer\GAL4elav-C155/l(2)gl3A.UASp is a suppressor of abnormal neuroanatomy | somatic clone phenotype of Zif1L15
Scer\GAL4elav-C155/l(2)gl3A.UASp is a suppressor of neuroblast | increased number | somatic clone phenotype of Zif1L15
Overexpression of l(2)gl3A.Scer\UAS.P\T under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 suppresses the neuroblast overgrowth phenotype found in Zif1L15 mutant clones.
The oocyte nucleus is mislocalised to the centre of the oocyte in 43% of egg chambers of females co-expressing par-1N1S.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-m6 and l(2)gl3A.Scer\UAS.P\T under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16.
