    After axons are severed, RtcaNP5057/RtcaNP5057 larvae show increased axon regrowth (significantly increased regeneration percentage, terminal branching, and commissure regrowth) and RtcaNP5057/Df(1)BSC718 larvae show increased regeneration percentage and terminal branching compared to wild type.
