Expression of Drp1Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4ple.PF leads to an increase in sensitivity to rotenone toxicity, with an increase in the number of dopaminergic neurons lost from the PPL1 cluster in adult brains after rotenone feeding, as compared to controls.

Flies expressing Drp1Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU do not exhibit any discernible eye phenotype, as compared to controls.

Dopaminergic neurons in flies expressing Drp1Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4ple.PF do not exhibit obvious mitochondrial fragmentation, as compared to controls.
