Expression of srlKK100201 under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B leads to fragmentation of mitochondria in flight muscle, as compared to controls.

Expression of srlKK100201 under the control of Scer\GAL4Ddc.PL leads to loss of dopaminergic neurons in the PPL1 cluster, a significant decrease in mitochondrial size in dopaminergic neurons, and fragmentation of mitochondria in flight muscle; but does not result in any apparent climbing defects, as compared to controls.
