Expression of Usp8KK100733 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in a mild rough eye phenotype but no pigmentation loss is observed.

Expression of UbpyKK100733 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 severely disrupts wing morphology.

Expression of UbpyKK100733 under the control of Scer\GAL4bbg-C96 results in curved wings with loss of wing margin bristles.

The photoreceptor depigmentation phenotype characteristic for adult flies expressing either DroncUAS.cSa or DroncS130A.UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa is enhanced by Usp8KK100733.

The small rough eyes observed in flies expressing rprScer\UAS.C under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa is only partially suppressed (the size is rescued but not the rough appearance) by co-expression of DarkKK104215, combination of DarkKK104215 with another transgene, Usp8KK100733 does not strengthen the rescue. Co-expression of Usp8KK100733 alone has no effect on the rprScer\UAS.C-induced eye phenotype.

Flies carrying one copy of grimGMR.PC and expressing UbpyKK100733 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa do not show a mutant eye phenotype.

The age-progressive eye defects characteristic for adult flies expressing Hsap\TARDBPWT.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF are worsened further by co-expression of Usp8KK100733 and black lesion develop in the eye, most of the flies do not survive past day 10 post-eclosion.
