Scer\GAL4^Bx-MS1096-KE-mediated expression of puf^KK102400 causes the adult wing to curve upwards (indicative of decreased cell size in the dorsal layer).

Scer\GAL4^en.PU-mediated expression of puf^KK102400 significantly decreases the area of the posterior compartment of the wing, as well as the ratio between the posterior and anterior areas, owing to reduced cell size.

Scer\GAL4^en.PU-mediated expression of puf^KK102400 results in a mild wing vein phenotype.

The majority of Scer\GAL4^sqh.PW, CG5794^KK102400 flies die as pharate adults, while others die soon after eclosion.

Scer\GAL4^elav.PU, CG5794^KK102400 flies die as pharate adults or soon after eclosion.

Expression of CG5794^KK102400 under the control of Scer\GAL4^bbg-C96 does not result in a wing phenotype.
