The co-expression of sinaKK107603 suppresses the increased numbers of adult midgut enteroendocrine cells, intestinal stem cells and enteroblasts resulting from the adulthood-only expression of phylScer\UAS.cPa under the control of Scer\GAL4esg-NP5130 (using Gal80[ts] for the temporal control of expression).

The co-expression of sinaKK107603 does not suppress the increased number of enteroendocrine cells observed in adult midgut clones expressing scScer\UAS.cPa under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU.
