Expression of ykiS111A.S250A.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in an increase in the size of the eye and the eye is mostly flat.

Expression of ykiS111A.S250A.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 results in low viability and distorted wings.
