The P{PZ} element in P{PZ}tutl01085 has been replaced with a P{GawB} element (using P{GawB}elavC155 as the donor). As occurs for the P{PZ}tutl01085 progenitor, the resulting P{GawB}tutlGAL4 insertion in exon 5 disrupts the translation sequence downstream of Leu211.
