The rough eye phenotype and associated depigmentation and necrosis induced by the expression of Hsap\ATXN3^{tr.Q78.UAS.Tag:HA} under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF are severely exacerbated by the co-expression of emb^JF01311.

The decreased lifespan, but not the the decreased adult locomotion, induced by the adulthood-only expression of Hsap\ATXN3^70Q.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4^{elav.Switch.PO} and RU-486 treatment is exacerbated by the co-expression of emb^JF01311.
