Expression of kay^JF01380 under the control of Scer\GAL4^path-c135 does not lead to any defects in the carpet glia cell shape in the eye disc of third instar larvae compared to controls.

Expression of kay^JF01380 in C-I neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4²²¹ results in ddaD neurons that have an increased number of dendritic branches compared to controls. The total dendritic length is increased in ddaE neurons. No defects are seen in vpda neurons.

Expression of kay^JF01380 in C-IV neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4^ppk.1.9 results in a reduction in total dendritic length in ddaC, v'ada and vdaB neurons. The total number of dendritic branches is also reduced in ddaC and v'ada neurons.
