      Expression of VangdsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6 results in significant delays in border cell migration at 29[o]C, but border cells usually reach the oocyte and no defects in border cell guidance are observed.

      Expression of VangdsRNA.Scer\UAS in the polar follicle cells under the control of Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6 results in delayed border cell migration, and this defect is strongly enhanced in a Vangstbm-6/+ background.
