Embryos expressing VhldsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS have tracheal migration defects, including abnormal and ectopic branches. They also have tracheal lumen defects, with a dilated dorsal trunk and tortuous tracheal branches (37% of embryos).
