mir-263bΔ/mir-263bΔ-G4 adults show decreased circadian rhythmicity and circadian power under constant dark, as compared to wild-type and mir-263bΔ-G4 heterozygous controls. mir-263bΔ/mir-263bΔ-G4 transheterozygous and mir-263bΔ-G4 heterozygous adults also exhibit a lack and decrease in morning anticipation activity, respectively.

mir-263bΔ-G4 heterozygous adults do not show defects in the circadian plasticity of sLNv dorsal projections.
