      The dramatic increase in apoptosis (visualized by [*]Casp3 or acridine orange staining) along with the elevated oxidative stress (monitored by levels of ROS) observed in larval wing discs upon expression of vtdGL00522 driven by Scer\GAL4en-e16E can be suppressed by co-expression of parkScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG,T:Hsap\Mito-COX4I1.
