      Animals expressing P1\cre20xScer\UAS.T:Mmus\PEST1 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 either do not reach the adult stage or are extremely uncoordinated and short lived.

      Animals expressing P1\cre20xScer\UAS.T:Mmus\PEST1 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF show strong defects in both external eye morphology and the arrangement of cells in the retina.
