Coding sequences for the Nup96 isoform have been removed, resulting in a construct in which UAS regulatory are fused upstream of Nup98-96 5' UTR sequence, the coding region of the Nup98 isoform, the autocleavage site, a stop codon and the Nup98-96 3' UTR sequence.
