      The melanotic tumour phenotype seen in Cyt-b5k14202/Cyt-b5k09716 animals is rescued by expression of Cyt-b5Scer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4He.PZ, but is not rescued when expression is driven by Scer\GAL4Sgs3.PD.

      The dominant effect of Cyt-b5unspecified on plasmatocyte number is rescued by expression of Cyt-b5Scer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4He.PZ.

      The lethality of Cyt-b5k14202/Df(2R)ST1 animals is not rescued by expression of Cyt-b5Scer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4He.PZ, but is rescued when expression is driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32.
