      pasha6B3/pashaKO third instar larvae have a virtually wild-type complement of imaginal discs surrounding a normal size brain.

      Flies containing whole eye homozygous clones have normal photoreceptor projections to the central brain. However, the "on" transient of the electroretinogram is significantly reduced compared to wild type in these flies.
