Description

A 564bp fragment from the Ice genome encompassing the Ice promoter and 5'UTR is cloned upstream of a 708bp fragment of Ice 3'UTR. The Dcp-1 coding sequence, amplified from a cDNA clone, is inserted in between these two fragments.
