      Expression of Myo61FScer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Myo31DF-NP1548 results in no rotation of the male genitalia in 47% of cases and partial sinistral rotation of the male genitalia (instead of the wild-type dextral rotation) in 53% of cases.
