Expression of Hsap\TRAP1Scer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 partially rescues the abnormal wing posture and thorax indentations seen in Pink1B9/Y flies. The reduced climbing index seen in Pink1B9/Y flies is suppressed, while the reduction in flight ability is not suppressed in the rescued flies.

Expression of Hsap\TRAP1Scer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 rescues the vacuolisation and abnormal mitochondrial morphology seen in the indirect flight muscles of Pink1B9/Y flies.

Expression of Hsap\TRAP1Scer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 does not significantly rescue the abnormal wing posture, reduced climbing ability or indirect flight muscle defects of homozygous park25 flies.

Co-expression of Hsap\TRAP1Scer\UAS.cBa suppresses the reduction in the number of ple-positive neurons in the PPM1/2 cluster which is seen in adults expressing Hsap\SNCAA53T.Scer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4Ddc.PL.

Co-expression of Hsap\TRAP1Scer\UAS.cBa significantly rescue the age-related deficit in climbing ability seen in adults expressing Hsap\SNCAA53T.Scer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4Ddc.PL.

The rough eye phenotype caused by expression of Hsap\ATXN3tr.Q78.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.long is not suppressed by co-expression of Hsap\TRAP1Scer\UAS.cBa.
