Scer\GAL4da.PU bsfNIG.10302R flies show: a delay in pupal development, with the majority of pupae hatching; a significantly reduced climbing ability; female flies weigh less; continuous crossings result in no offspring; females lay significantly fewer eggs and have ovaries that are significantly reduced in size in comparison with controls; and their life span is drastically reduced compared with controls, with most flies surviving less than 30 days.
