      Expression of parvinΔCH1.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-m6 under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B significantly rescues the embryonic lethality of parvinunspecified mutants, with up to 75% of the embryos hatching to first instar larvae. However, the rescued larvae die during the first and second instars, showing a muscle detachment phenotype.
