Expression via Scer\GAL4^GMR.PU results in rough/small eyes.

Expression via Scer\GAL4^elav.PU results in not unfolded wings and flies get stuck in the food.

Expression via Scer\GAL4^Eq results in misorganized microchaetes.

Expression via Scer\GAL4^sca.PU results in no phenotype.

Expression via Scer\GAL4^ey.PU results in lethality and misorganized/irregularly shaped ommatidia.

Expression via Scer\GAL4^sd.PU results in curled wings with incomplete veins and a margin phenotype.

Expression of mir-983-1^{Scer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP} under the control of Scer\GAL4^Bx-MS1096 results in curved wings which are often folded and have vein defects.

Females expressing mir-983-1^{Scer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP} under the control of Scer\GAL4^sd-SG29.1 have curved wings and wing vein L5 does not always reach the margin. Males lack wings.

Expression of mir-983-1^{Scer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP} under the control of Scer\GAL4^ptc-559.1 does not result in a mutant phenotype.
