Description

Genomic fragment containing polo tagged at the 5' end with GFP. The proximal polyadenylation site (pA1) in the 3'UTR has been inactivated (mutated from ATTAAA to GTTAAC), resulting in the expression of only the longer polo transcript which utilizes the second, more distal, polyadenylation site (pA2) in the 3'UTR.
