Description

Genomic fragment containing polo tagged at the 5' end with GFP. The second, more distal, polyadenylation site (pA2) in the 3'UTR (and the polo sequence downstream of it) has been deleted, resulting in the expression of only the shorter polo transcript which utilizes the first, more proximal, polyadenylation site (pA1) in the 3'UTR.
