Description

1131bp of Gga sequence (including 536bp of the third exon, the entire third intron and 526bp of the fourth exon) has been replaced by sequence encoding EYFP and a mini-w marker. This results in the loss of 353 Gga codons, including the C-terminal half of the VHS domain, the entire GAT domain and the N-terminal half of the hinge domain.
