        In the adult brain, ScerGAL4394 drives intense expression in the optic lobes, in circular structures near the mushroom body and in snow-drop shaped structures (SD) in the lateral protocerebrum. In the larval brain, expression is detected in two neurons in the anterior medial region of each lobe.
