        In the adult brain, ScerGAL4385 drives expression in 4 specific neurons bundles (FSB) in the lateral protocerebrum, in the giant fiber neuron, 3+1 neuron bundles in the mushroom body and in the axons of vertical cells of lobula plate (AVCLP). In the larval brain, expression is detected in the region where the two brain lobes meet (IJ) and in the ventral nerve cord.
