The hatching rate of eggs laid by homozygous females is significantly reduced compared to wild type, although the number of eggs laid is similar to wild type. The eggs are reduced in length.

Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

At stage 12 of oogenesis, alignment of actin filament bundles in the follicle cells of Tsp66E2 Tsp74F1 double mutant females is severely disturbed. Endocytosis is severely reduced (assayed by dextran uptake) in the mutant follicle cells at this stage.

The penetrance of the if3 wing blister phenotype is enhanced if the flies also carry Tsp66E2/Tsp66E2 Tsp74F1.
