Co-expression of Gαo^Scer\UAS.Pi, a PTX-insensitive Gαo, rescues the action of Scer\GAL4^{Orco.2.642.T:Hsim\VP22}, Tn10\tetR^{M2.alt.Scer\UAS.T:Hsim\VP16}-mediated expression of Bper\ptxA^{Tn10\tetO.cCa} on endogenous Gαo - addition of doxycycline no longer reduces electroantennogram amplitude in response to 10[-4] ethyl acetate.
