Major neural structures of the larval CNS are unaffected by Scer\GAL4ase.neuro/Scer\GAL4elav-C155-mediated expression of DscammiRNA.Scer\UAS.17.1 or combined expression of DscammiRNA.Scer\UAS.17.1 and DscammiRNA.Scer\UAS.17.2.

Scer\GAL4ey-OK107-mediated expression of DscammiRNA.Scer\UAS.17.1 does not disrupt the formation of the alpha/beta lobes of the adult mushroom body.

Scer\GAL4ey-OK107-mediated co-expression of DscammiRNA.Scer\UAS.17.1 and DscammiRNA.Scer\UAS.17.2 severely disrupts the formation of the alpha/beta lobes of the adult mushroom body.

Scer\GAL4GH146-mediated expression of DscammiRNA.Scer\UAS.17.1 in vPN neuroblast clones potently suppresses the elaboration of dendrites in the antennal lobes but only minimally disrupts their axonal arborization in the lateral horns.

The mushroom body "lost lobe" phenotype penetrance observed in lacek05305/lace2 transheterozygous adults is significantly decreased by the Scer\GAL4Dscam1.4.5-driven expression of Dscam1miRNA.UAS.17.1, respectively. lace2 heterozygous adults that also express Dscam1miRNA.UAS.17.1 under the control of Scer\GAL4Dscam1.4.5 do not show a mushroom body "lost lobe" phenotype.
