Expression of daΔTADs.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of either Scer\GAL4sca-C253 or Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in the loss of many bristles in the notum.

Clones of cells in the antennal disc expressing daΔTADs.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU do not form sensory precursor cells.

Some cells within clones in the eye disc expressing daΔTADs.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU can form R8 photoreceptor cells, but most R8 cells form in adjacent wild-type cells.

Photoreceptor R8 cells are not seen in clones in the eye disc expressing daΔTADs.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU in a da10 background.
