      Overexpression of dapScer\UAS.cLa in the imaginal discs does not affect the amount of apoptosis seen in BubR1VDRC.cUa knockdown cells (with all transgenes under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU or Scer\GAL4hh.PU).

      Overexpression of dapScer\UAS.cLa in the imaginal discs greatly reduces the amount of apoptosis seen in bskKK108156 and BubR1VDRC.cUa knockdown cells (with all transgenes under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU or Scer\GAL4hh.PU).

      A BubR1 deficient background (that leads to significant chromosomal instability), created through expression of BubR1VDRC.cUa under the control of either Scer\GAL4en.PU or Scer\GAL4hh.PU, leads to a significant increase in cell death in bskKK108156 knockdown flies.
