Basal levels of autophagy are unaltered in Acnt.S641A.S731A flies.

Starvation conditions lead to an increase in autophagy in Acnt.S641A.S731A mutants.

Flies carrying one copy of Acnt.S641A.S731A do not survive significantly longer in the absence of food than wild-type flies do.

Flies carrying one copy of Acnt.S641A.S731A do not exhibit a difference in longevity compared to control flies.
