Overexpression of Amel\MRJP1Scer\UAS.cKa using Scer\GAL4rho.PU induces increased body size, fecundity and longevity compared with controls.
When Amel\MRJP1Scer\UAS.cKa is overexpressed using Scer\GAL4P0206 or Scer\GAL4Aug21, it does not alter body size or developmental time of the transgenic animals compared to controls.
