Co-expression of two copies each of RtGEFScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and GitScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of two copies of Scer\GAL4nub.PU results in a significant reduction in wing size compared to controls.

The reduction in wing area seen in flies expressing hpoScer\UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4nub.PU is not enhanced by co-expression of either RtGEFScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 or GitScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC alone, but it is significantly enhanced by simultaneous co-expression of both RtGEFScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and GitScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC together.

The strong reduction in wing area seen in flies co-expressing all of hpoScer\UAS.cUa, RtGEFScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and GitScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4nub.PU is unaffected if they are also carrying either PakKK101874 or Pak3GD8481.
