Expression of TBPHScer\UAS.cLu under the control of Scer\GAL4vg.PU results in loss of one of the bristles at the four scutellar bristle locations, and some flies exhibit supernumerary bristles at one of the scutellar bristle or dorsocentral bristle locations

Expression of TBPHScer\UAS.cLu under the control of Scer\GAL4221 markedly increases the number of terminal dendritic branches in the ddaE and ddaF neurons in third instar larvae. In the ddaE neurons, most of the extra terminal branches are concentrated near the cell body.
