      Heterozygous P{GawB}mir-310L70 mutant flies (comprised of mir-310L70, mir-311L70 and mir-312L70) exhibit increased sensitivity to nicotine. Homozygous P{GawB}mir-310L70 flies exhibit a more severe phenotype. Responses to heat and ether are normal.
