Description

A complex rearrangement has resulted in a 1654bp deletion that extends to the left of P{EPgy2}l(2)09851EY06365 into the ap region. P{EPgy2}l(2)09851EY06365 has relocated into the hybrid element present in apDG3 in between mini-w and FRT. On the proximal side of the relocated EY element and next to the 3' P-element foot, ap11.1 contains ~100bp of DNA originating from the 5'end of CR44953 is present.
