fs(1)h1112/fs(1)h1112 da sensory neuron third instar larval clones have a mild but significant decrease in dendrite length (but not branch points) in class I neurons, a significant decrease in dendrite branch points (but not length) in class II neurons, significant decreases in both dendrite length and branch points in class IV neurons, and a small significant reduction in primary dendrite branch length and points as well as almost complete abolition of dendritic spikes in class III neurons compared to wild type.

fs(1)h1112/fs(1)h1112 da class III sensory neuron first instar (48hr after egg laying) larval clones have a significant reduction of dendritic spikes (but no change in primary branch length or number) compared to wild type.

Unlike wild type larvae, fs(1)h1112/fs(1)h1112 clones do not show a significant increase (at 48 versus 96 hours after egg laying) in dendrite spike number of class III da neurons. fs(1)h1112/fs(1)h1112 class III da neuron clones (in larvae 72hr after egg laying) have a significantly increased amount of retracting dendrite spikes and a significantly decreased amount of stable dendrite spikes compared to wild type.

Axon terminals in fs(1)h1112/fs(1)h1112 class III da sensory larval clones are similar to wild type.
