      Expression of PatroninUAS.EGFP,Tag:HPC4 under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PU results in failure to prune all ddaC dendrites by 16 h after puparium formation (APF), unlike controls; dendrite arbors are also simplified at the white prepupal stage, compared to controls; expression in larvae results in an increase in plus-end out microtubules in ddaC dendrites, compared to controls.

      Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4GSG2295 (induced during early third instar stage using RU486) results in failure to prune all ddaC dendrites by 16 h after puparium formation (APF), unlike controls, with no effect on dendritic arborization at the white prepupal stage.
