Gprk2^Δ15/+ enhances the fused wing phenotype of flies expressing smo^{PKA12.Scer\UAS} under the control of Scer\GAL4^Bx-MS1096, and the presence of both Gprk2^Δ15/+ and gish^Δ4/+ even further enhances the fused wing phenotype.

The 'fused wing' phenotype (partial fusion between L3 and L4 veins) observed in flies expressing smo^{PKA12.Scer\UAS} under the control of Scer\GAL4^C-765 is strongly enhanced by combination with Gprk2^Δ15 in heterozygous state, which leads to significantly smaller wing blade and severe vein defects.
